Izzy Davidson

      I have been a bodyworker for over 2 years, energy healer for 4, and practicing magick for over 12 years.

      I started out my career as an artist and creative before seriously recognizing my desire to facilitate healing and growth. Ready to dive into my own expansion, I went to A New Beginning School of Massage in 2020 to develop my knowledge of the body, the somatic connection, and the power of touch. I became a massage therapist in 2022, after becoming trained in modalities such as cupping, lymphatic drainage, hot stones, and more. I became certified at Reiki Level 2, and am currently working toward my Master-level certification (in the Usui tradition). In 2021, I studied 350 hrs under Lexi D'Angelo, Vicki Reisima, and Jo Zurita to become a Transformational Arts Practitioner (Level 2), specializing in Shadow work & Archetypes. Finally, this year I completed my Psychology B.A. at Texas State University, with a minor in Religious Studies focused on mystic practices and yoga.

      I have had the honor of learning Somatic Parts Work from Francis Booth, LICSW, Mind-Body Coaching and Embodied Activism with The Embody Lab, with immense gratitude for their exemplary faculty. I have had the joy of learning Hellenistic Astrology from Merlin Kenney. At the moment, I am learning more about Medical Astrology, Alchemy, and Herbalism from Sajah Popham as I seek to deepen my knowledge of the Earth's connection with humanity. I also had the honor of learning more about the basics of holding space and emotional release from Neo-Emotional Release master, David Manning. I intend to attend their facilitator trainings, so I can be officially certified in NER in the future.

      With so many wondrous teachers, my practice has shifted over the years. But I have recognized that my strengths lie in helping others dig into the "yucky" underbelly of their subconscious and their bodies and loving what they find. We were birthed onto this planet to experience the full spectrum of our senses, so I am determined to enjoy it and help others do the same!

      My personal practice is built on the principles of Raja Yoga, mystic devotion, Jungian archetypes, Existential Kink by Carolyn Elliott, shadow work, spiritual kink, alchemy, and vitalist herbalism. I continue to seek a deep connection with Nature and the land, so that I may help others remember how to do the same. As a result of my long-standing interest in mythology and religion, I engage deeply with Divine Archetypes and spirit guides on my path.
